Eating healthy is key to achieving your fitness goals. Our coaches will provide you with nutrition guidance to help you make healthier choices and reach your goals faster. Rejoice in removing stress and gaining structure, with a customised program every 12 weeks (or sooner, based off of your needs). Coaches will also provide weekly check-ins, 24/7 support and you will be added to our client community chat and/or queer community chat.

Ariel is a qualified health and fitness coach, with a bachelor's degree in health science and has over 8+ years of coaching experience.
She specialises in fat loss and muscle building. She will help you get stronger in a safe, non-judgmental environment. Let her guide you on your fitness journey!
We offer a comprehensive fitness experience that combines, convenience, personalisation, professional guidance, variety and community support.
Please allow 24 hours of cancellation to allow other clients to book in. If this is not adhered to, you may lose your session. All sessions must be pre-paid at least 48 hours in advance.
60-minute PT- $120
Please arrive no later than 5 minutes to class start time, otherwise you may not be able to participate due to safety requirements. Wear enclosed running shoes, bring a water bottle, towel and sunscreen if necessary. Cost is $20 per class.
Our experienced coaches will help you develop healthy eating habits and achieve your desired weight and body composition. You will have small weekly goals and a step-by-step plan of how we will achieve this together.
Strength - 12-week Body Recomposition program - $1200 (<$100/week)
Confidence - 24-week Body Recomposition program - $2300 (<$96/week)
